Project Overview

RUN is a short thriller-style film built around a split-screen narrative, showing two characters moving through their morning routines in parallel. The film plays with visual symmetry, sound matching, and pacing to slowly build tension, revealing how two separate worlds can feel connected.

Throughout the process I worked across shooting, visual planning, editing, and colour grading, with a strong focus on timing, alignment and the emotional rhythm of each shot. The goal was to make the split itself feel like a storytelling device, not just a stylistic choice, so that by the time the two sides begin to visually “interact”, the audience already feels the connection between them.
